We believe a great pint starts long before it reaches the bar. Careful cellar management, meticulous line cleaning and serving every drink at its absolute best are simply part of what we do. Whether it’s a traditional cask ale, craft lager or farmhouse cider, every pint is poured with the same attention to detail.

Our permanent cask line-up is centred around breweries we know and trust, including Butcombe Brewery, Teignworthy Brewery, Bristol Beer Factory and Hanlons Brewery. Alongside these you’ll always find a rotating selection from some of the South West’s finest independent breweries, meaning there’s nearly always something new to discover, whether your preference is a traditional bitter, crisp golden ale, rich porter or modern hop-forward IPA.

Our cider range reflects Somerset’s proud cider-making heritage. We work with outstanding local producers including Somerset Cider Brandy Company at Burrow Hill, Dinnington Cider Press, Shelley’s Cider, Westons and Bristol Beer Factory, celebrating everything from traditional farmhouse ciders to modern craft styles.

We’re especially proud to support Dinnington Cider Press, whose award-winning ciders are produced just a couple of fields away from the pub. Working with producers on our doorstep allows us to showcase the very best of Somerset while reducing food miles and supporting local businesses.

Our lager selection follows exactly the same philosophy. Rather than relying on multinational brands, we’ve chosen to showcase exceptional lagers from Bristol Beer Factory and Utopian Brewing—two independent breweries producing outstanding European-style lagers here in the South West.

Our spirits collection follows the same philosophy as everything else at The Dinnington Docks: seek out exceptional producers, support local wherever possible and never compromise on quality.

We’re fortunate to be surrounded by some of the country’s finest artisan distilleries, so our back bar proudly features a carefully selected range of gins, vodkas and other spirits produced right here in Somerset and the South West. Alongside these you’ll find an ever-changing selection of small-batch spirits from independent distillers across the UK, chosen for their character, craftsmanship and individuality.

Every gin is thoughtfully paired with complementary mixers from Franklin & Sons, allowing the botanicals and flavours of each spirit to shine. We believe great spirits don’t need to be overcomplicated—just the perfect mixer, plenty of ice and an appropriate garnish.

For whisky lovers, our shelves offer a carefully chosen selection of single malts and premium blends, while our rum collection ranges from smooth Caribbean classics to richly spiced and aged expressions.
