Utopian Brewing – Pale Ale

A proper, beautifully balanced modern pale ale from Utopian Brewing, a brewery doing things a little differently — brewing only with British ingredients and proving we don’t need to look overseas for world-class beer.

In the glass this pours a bright, crystal clear golden amber with a tight white head and that inviting fresh-hop aroma you want from the first lift.

On the nose there’s gentle citrus, light floral notes and a touch of biscuit malt. The palate is where this really shines — soft, rounded bitterness, subtle grapefruit and lemon zest, backed by a clean, slightly sweet malt body that keeps everything in perfect harmony. Exceptionally drinkable, incredibly well balanced, and dangerously easy to go back for another.

This is a pale ale for people who think they don’t like pale ale.
