Our next Dinnington Docks Food Society Dinner is a celebration of Spanish cuisine and wine — a carefully curated evening of bold flavours, classic techniques, and thoughtful pairings.
Led by Head Chef Mitchell and his kitchen team, the menu explores the depth and regional character of Spain, with each course paired with wines selected by Paddy Magill of Vine Wine. Matthew and Paddy will guide guests through the dishes and wines throughout the evening, sharing insight into the regions, producers, and stories behind each pairing.
